Description:
TAHA was responsible for the preparation of the Master Plan EIR for this proposed project which entails the upgrade and expansion of the Santa Monica Big Blue Bus facilities, including a natural gas fueling facility, as well as a five-level parking structure. Environmental factors determined to be potentially affected by this project include construction-related fugitive dust emissions and noise, displacement of existing businesses, transportation/circulation, hazardous materials, zoning requirements and visual impacts.
