Description: TAHA prepared an EIR for a 412-room, 310,312 gross square-foot, 17-story hotel for the Glendale Redevelopment Agency. The proposed project also included 24,505 square feet of meeting/ banquet space, and involved the construction of a two-level underground parking facility, which would contain 260 valet parking spaces and one underground loading dock. |
