Description:
TAHA prepared an EIR for the City Center Redevelopment Project in Downtown Los Angeles; an area encompassing approximately 879 acres. The project could result in the creation of 2,010,000 to 6,700,000 square feet of new commercial and industrial space within the project area, as well as 3,600 to 12,900 new residential dwelling units. Redevelopment actions could also include the rehabilitation of existing commercial and industrial buildings, particularly in the historic core area of downtown, many of which have historic significance.
