Description:
TAHA prepared an EIR for the Pacific Corridor Redevelopment Project in San Pedro Community. The 694-acre project area is located immediately west of the Port of Los Angeles and includes the two main north/south commercial corridors (Gaffey Street and Pacific Avenue). Redevelopment could result in 324,000 to 1,080,000 square feet of new commercial, as well as the creation of 500 to 1,660 new residential dwelling units. Redevelopment actions could also include the rehabilitation of existing commercial, industrial buildings and residential properties.
