Description:
TAHA prepared an EIR for the development of the proposed San Pedro Business Center. The facility, operating 24-hours a day, would provide storage and warehousing space (approximately two million square feet) for cargo originating from the Port of Los Angeles. Areas of particular concern were air quality, hydrology, noise, police services and solid waste.
